The objective of the project was to enhance the carrier mobility and reduce sheet resistance of fluorine-doped tin oxide thin films deposited via chemical vapour deposition (CVD). Humidity degradation of MAPbI3 thin films deposited via aerosol-assisted CVD were characterised and was presented in ASET 2020. Bromine-doped MAPbI3 thin films were also deposited and the subsequent work was published in 2019.
