We’re here to replace single use plastic pads, one at a time with our reusable period wear products. We are creating a new kind of product for the new kind of woman. A woman that’s conscious of what she uses, she cares about our planet and deserves the utmost comfort. We realised that 9 out of 10 of the top period brands in our country were founded and led by men. As women who understand menstruation, we knew we could make a product that is more comfortable, more sustainable and much safer for women.And when we realised how much plastic waste is enterring our landfills because of single use pads, we knew it was time to start something to combat this problem.

We're here to clean up our landfills, one product at a time. Disposable diapers are the 3rd biggest commodity to flood the world's landfills with more than 18 billion single-use plastic disposable diapers discarded each year. They will lie for 500+ years choking the landfill and eventually contributing heavily to the release of methane gas, and thus to global warming. We have created an amazing alternative: a reusable baby cloth diaper, that is biodegradable, chemical free and washable.

Launched a baby brand that focuses on baby diapers. Worked on bringing an exceptional product to the market with a very unique proposition - cost saving, reusable diapers that are as effective as their disposable counterparts. Our products are based on extensive research and designed to serve a purpose.

I work with new ventures and established companies in the healthcare (biopharmaceuticals, devices, diagnostics, nutraceuticals, animal health and healthcare care providers) space to advise them on business planning, strategy and corporate finance elements. I work closely with Sathguru’s healthcare innovation advisory team that advises companies on technology access, advancement and commercialization.

Worked on researching, analyzing and developing medical educational content. Collated and reviewed data to create E–learning modules, educational videos and courses. Was re- sponsible for the development of script for teaching viedos and a part of the collaborative team that created the storyboards.

Interned in the ecology lab under Karthik Shekhar (Ecological scientist), studying theevolutionary patterns of Andaman and Nicobar geckos by DNA extraction, amplification,cleaning, and analysis. The project focused on comparing the mutations in certain regionsof the DNA among a large sample of the island geckos with geckos from all over the worldto understand their origins. Helped with documenting this data and journaling for the research paper.

Worked as an intern in the ‘TIMES and ARDSI Collaborated Research Project’ on Alzhei- mer’s Disease. Part of the work focused on collecting data from patients by performing certi ed and specialized speech, cognition and memory tests, and also collating all of this data for further research use. Also interacted with elderly Alzheimer’s patients, keeping a log of their behavioral tendencies and development, and using this information to observe emerging patterns and similarities amongst diagnosed patients.

Interned under senior research scientist, Dr. Paul Bartell in the Animal Sciences department at The Pennsylvania State University, on a research project focusing on studying migratory patterns of songbirds, white throated sparrows and the Northern Wheatear in particular, through observation and electrophysiological analysis. Responsibilities included helping with behavioral studies, animal husbandry, blood and tissue collection, tissue culture and histology.
