Shreyans is currently working with Boult Audio where he is responsible for managing multiple programs which include but are not limited to data around the entire Make in India project for the organisation, manufacturing of Wearables, establishing new structures & execution in ERP platform, scouting & closing new possible manufacturing & localisation partners, designing new processes & defining scope of work & cost optimisation for the organization.Shreyans has worked as a Territory Manager at Hero Motocorp in the Sales and Marketing domain. As part of the profile, he oversaw sales & marketing actions for specifically 6 towns in Assam and also led several marketing actions for NE region. In totality was responsible for 110 Cr turnover territory and worked towards doubling premium segment market share while winning several accolades at the organization. Shreyans has completed his MBA in general management from IIM Udaipur. He was the elected member of the Council of Student Affairs at the college elected by a batch of 284 people and handled the portfolios of budget and logistics in the same. He was a part of the organizing committee of the sports fest of the college organized in a hybrid manner. As part of the summer internship program there, he has worked as a marketing strategy intern at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail for two months where he completed a project related to Market Research and Marketing Strategy. In the same, he had suggested recommendations for the brand Van Heusen to have high footprint and sales when stores open after lockdown.
