As a Consultant at Infosys Consulting, I lead the transition and digital transformation initiatives for a Singapore-based telecommunications organization. I planned and designed the overall program, set up the governance cadence, monitor progress, resolve issues and risks. I also provided program management support by coordinating between various stakeholders, managing client and stakeholder communications, and defined and improved the resource onboarding process.I have pursued my Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). Prior to joining Infosys Consulting, I worked as an Assistant Manager at Reliance Jio, where I gained experience in Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, and Agile principles. I am passionate about delivering value to clients by enabling change and facilitating digital transformation. I aspire to leverage my skills and expertise in program management, business consulting, and marketing to help organizations achieve their strategic goals and vision.
