Working for a start up was a handshake to my over curious nature. Carrying multiple roles during my entire tenure, it not only gave me a vibrant working experience but also nudged my leadership ability. After an year of working with Dap, I was managing a team of around 10 people. Was unbelievable at first, cause I was too young to take a managerial position but as they say, age is just a number right?

Apart from managing the team which had designers, social media manager, digital media manager, content writer and a sketching artist, I also indulged in:1. Brand Positioning and Brand Language - - Worked on the rebranding of Gangour3. Creating concept and content for pitching presentations - also presenting them to the clients. 4. Advertising campaigns - Both online and offline. -Social media campaigns for Inblu.-Rebranding and campaign for U-Comfort. 5. Copywriting - Giving brand names, taglines, campaign lines, writing TVC scripts. 6. Marketing Plan 7. Concept Creation/ Ideation 8. Corporate storytelling 10. Visualizing I have managed accounts from diverse sectors such as Real estate, F&B, Fashion, Jewellery, Cosmetics, Sanitaryware, FMCG, IT, Automobile. My first full time job after Graduation. Another level of happiness it was. Oh yeah!! Enthusiastic about anything that was given to me, from making Advertising Strategies to Ad campaigns. From social media to conceptualization. I grabbed everything I could to pacify my over excitement. Also, giving presentations to clients was a nice experience. Being associated with the biggest name in the field of Public Relations has its own perks. And the cherry on the cake? I got to work for both the Digital and Traditional PR. Worked for various clients from different fields such as Zoiro, Luvit, Biotique, Lite Bite Foods, Wave, Odhisa Tourism, Tenon. Also learnt making Pitch Notes, Dossiers, Press Releases and writing articles in the Traditional PR.Lovely two months!

Malls. Brands. Shopping. Damn. I was excited about working with the coolest mall in the town, no I ain't exaggerating. Well, it was a good start as I took the baby steps towards my career. Met few good peeps along, learnt the concept of a pop up store and also learnt why is VR not a mall but a Centre. To cut short, I grasped the basic practical knowledge of marketing and PR of a brand that was going to launch their pop up store at the Centre. Shopped a lot too, though.
