HR Generalist role working within the UK&I team, supporting Media and Profiles (formerly Lightspeed) divisions.

Supporting France, Italy, Spain, Germany and Nordics across all areas of people partnering. Instrumental in ER processes, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and the redesign of onboarding and induction.

Overall management and leadership of HR operational processes and practices across the UK business, acting as a central resource to engage HR expertise into the organisation. Heavily involved in delivery and implementation of Workday and the ongoing of HR Transformation within the UK.

Working in a specialised role within the HR Operations team, focusing on systems and providing data. Worked on the deployment and development of HRIS, Microsoft AX Dynamics for HR. Responsible for the integration between the HRIS and payroll (ADP Freedom), whilst logging bugs and system improvements. Providing reports based on data requests from across the business whilst maintaining databases and performance tools such as AX Dynamics, ADP Freedom, SuccessFactors and Halogen. Creating user guides for operational processes.

Providing first line support to employees, business leaders and senior HR team members. ER processes such as disciplinary hearings, redundancy consultations, maternity discussions and other casework. Managing all onboarding, offboarding and lifecycle processes. Handling of all HR (and non-HR!) related queries including questions on benefits, processes, employment law, development and general support to HR Business Partners.

Overall management and coordination of activities relating to the running of a children's education centre of around 300 members. Duties included management of full and part time team of 20-25 staff, HR coordination and employee relations, developing and motivating staff, curriculum and content creation, teaching children aged 4-15, sales and membership growth activity, planning marketing events calendar on a quarterly basis, managing budgets for staffing and sales activities, financial reconciliations and ad-hoc duties relating to premises and business activity management.
