Working at Workex has been a unique experience. In this position, I got the opportunity to use all my resources to their fullest potential. I started out in 2019 in a one-person HR Department where I took upon the responsibility to not just formulate policies but to also create a company culture that embodies and represents our values. As a Team leader in AIESEC I have taken up the responsibility of department specific marketing. Online Marketing, Content marketing and on-ground promotions were part of my job description. I have also taken up the role of a Organizing Committee Member for Roshni, a social initiative by AIESEC, as well as the recruitment drives for the organisation. Apart from that my role as a Team Leader in Marketing has also taught me how to manage and lead a team, work in a team and assess fellow team members.
