• Project Documentation Approximation – Confirm and Finalize Documentation from Client accordingly estimate the budget and submission time.• Inspection & Test Plan – Preparation and Submission of Inspection & Test Plan which clearly summarises project Quality requirements.• Procedures - Submission of Shop Floor Procedures such as Functional Test Procedures, NDE Procedures, Leakage Test Procedures, Painting Procedure, PMI procedure for Lube Oil, Seal Oil/Gas, Water Wash, Dosing Skids.• International Standards Awareness – Aware of ASME Sections (Sec VIII, Sec V, Sec IX, Sec II), WPS-PQR, API (614, 675, 676, 598, 526, 527, 610)• Client Specification Awareness – Aware of Saudi Aramco Specifications, Shell DEP’s, PDO specifications, Reliance Specs, EIL specification.• Procurement – Review and approval of Sub Supplier Documents such as ITP, Procedures in order to meet project requirements during RFQ stage.• Hosting the Project Kick off Meeting with Client Representative to freeze down the documents/datasheets/drawing submission with delivery and Inspection activities.• Monitoring & Controlling - Attending project review meetings (Internal/Sub-contractor/Client) and highlighting document status, critical activities and problem areas and constrains on achieving planned quality goals, critical issues and action plan.• Regular co-ordination and follow up with the various dept., clients, consultants and sub- contractor regarding the Inspection Schedule of the project
