Current• I worked as a title commitments typer and have knowledge of real estate title concepts, legal terminology, and title insurance documents• Understanding of real estate title concepts, legal terminology, and title insurance documents• Thoroughly reviewing legal documents such as deeds, mortgages, easements, judgments, liens, and other pertinent records to extract necessary information for the title commitment• Verify the accuracy and consistency of information across all documents and ensure that they align with the information provided by the client or obtained through research• Accurately type title commitments for mortgage transactions using industry-standard software and tools• Ensuring that all information provided in the title commitment is complete, accurate, and compliant with client and company policies. • Creating and maintain organized records of all title commitments, supporting documentation, and correspondence related to each transaction• Comprehensive research on property titles using public records, databases, and online resources• Ensure that all files are accurately labeled, indexed, and stored in accordance with company protocols and regulatory guidelines.• Monitoring and managing operational processes to ensure adherence to quality standards• Familiarity with title insurance software and tools (e.g., Remote desktop, VM Ware)
