Shreyas Parab is an Advanced Manufacturing Enginer at Amazon Robotics. He graduated with Master of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He has also been admitted to Tauber Institute for Global Operations at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. He is passionate about solving problems using critical thinking. The areas of his interest include Global Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations and Project Management.Prior to this, Shreyas worked at Shri Mahalaxmi Industries Ltd, Goa as a Production and Maintenance Engineer for a year where he used his operations management and analytical problem solving skills to ensure smooth production in the facility. He also interned at Zuari Agro Chemical Limited, Goa where he used a data driven approach to revamp the existing cooling water network of the entire plant and model it using a pipe network software. Shreyas also received his Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) from Goa College of Engineering (Goa University) and graduated with First class with Distinction.
