Hi, I am a RCI registered clinical psychologist with over 3 years of experience, primarily working with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, body image issues, low self-worth, and personality concerns.I predominantly use a psychodynamic approach, incorporating techniques from CBT and DBT, while maintaining a trauma-informed lens and tailoring sessions to each client’s uniqueness. I focus on forming strong, trusting relationships through open and non-judgmental spaces.I believe in the resilience and unique abilities of individuals to overcome challenges and am passionate about guiding clients on their journey of self-discovery and emotional well-being.
