• Led a 23% CAGR in Spud to TD Drilling Footage from 2019 - 2022 on over 50 drilling rigs in Permian, Eagle Ford, Haynesville and Barnett regions by implementing & supporting a Drilling Coach Program where 10 best performing drillers are chosen on a rotational basis to actively coach all rig crews, audit rig equipment & enact best practices such as proper zeroing, to safely increase ROP, connections times, tripping speeds, flat time performance & NPT reduction.• Acted as a liaison between Clients and Ensign to optimize drilling rig performance by analyzing drilling data, performance KPIs, bit & drill string designs to identify NPT causes for engineering & automation redesigns.• Compiled and delivered end-of-well and quarterly performance reports, consolidating drilling data and insights for comprehensive distribution to all stakeholders, promoting team alignment and operational transparency.

• Designed 3 new deviated wells for Phase II & III of the Chuandongbei Gas Project with high H2S content.Based schematics on predicted reservoir conditions for project development and natural gas plant processing capabilities. • Updated Reservoir Models for Corporate use in IPM, and performed nodal analysis for production optimization.• Optimized selection of wellheads, chokes, packers, & gas plant processing systems for upcoming Phase II & III.

• Utilized technical documentation to perform production forecasting based on IPM and energy component data.• Mastered and created alternative piping and instrumentation diagrams for wellheads and processing systems.• Reviewed and updated existing reservoir databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for the Asset Development team.

• Reduced Drilling & Completions expenditure on new wells by 10% during the Bibiyana Expansion project by creating a ledger matching AFE & Well View to track, evaluate & optimize over $60 million in D&C expenses from product service lines provided by service companies such as Schlumberger, Halliburton, Weatherford, NOV, etc.• Engaged in hands-on experience by staying on-site at the rig (Weatherford 801), fostering collaborative relationships with the crew and acquiring invaluable insights into drilling and completions operations.
