HR Director for Global SK-II Commercial Teams and Global Travel Retail Organization, reporting directly into the Global SK-II HR Leader.

Reporting directly to the HR Head for Global SK-II, I lead the HR Operations for the Global SK-II HQ organization based across 26 countries. Key responsibilities are leading transformations across Organization Design, Employee Relations, Capability, Talent Systems and Culture. Also as the HR business partner for the Global SK-II Sales team I partner with the Global Sales Business leaders to design and deliver the Sales People strategy for the business.

In this role, I led the Employer Branding Efforts for P&G across India middle East and Africa. This included working on the sourcing, recruitment and campus relations strategy for the company. I led all key employer branding initiatives for the region - like the P&G CEO Challenge and other campus initiatives. In this role I partnered with the HR and business leaders across Markets to design and deliver market specific Employer branding game plans.

Reporting directly into the Talent Practice Leader for India I was leading Recruitment for the P&G India business, included both campus and experienced hire recruitment. The role involved end to end supply of talent from designing Sourcing strategy, leading employer branding efforts and leading selection and on-boarding operations. I partnered closely with business leaders to deliver best fit diverse talent for the P&G India business.
