• Responsible for designing/developing ALES which is a fine-grained entitlement management solution that secures critical applications with uncompromised performance and reliability. ALES offers SOA security in BEA’s AquaLogic service infrastructure. • Responsible for designing/developing Oracle SSM (Security Service Module) leveraging Oracle’s FGAC, enhanced security audit provider, Microsoft SharePoint Server SSM (which involves C#/.Net framework).• Worked in the highly visible Predictive Tools (“Guardian”) project which is the cornerstone of Future State initiative (geared towards taking customer support experience to the next level where it steers away from a break-fix model to a proactive model). • Responsible for designing/developing server-side components for providing site updates (via Eclipse UpdateManager) and uploading usage statistics and domain inventories through web service interfaces (this also involved interoperating with external services exposed by backend EIS systems in the IT infrastructure) ; Responsible for defining/updating XML schemas and serving as mentor/guide for design/implementation of web services infrastructure.• Responsible for handling escalations of customers’ WebLogic product issues by providing fixes/enhancements in timely manner.
