Key achievements during my tenure were; - Implementation of MESPAS procurement system across the fleet vessels and in office. - Liaise with MESPAS to have all officer users trained and familiarised in its use. - Planned and executed 10 dry docking in a period of 12 months which included CAP Survey, all done within budget and at set time for repairs. - Renegotiated payment terms with the shipyard to get the best in terms of payment duration. - Reduced the outstanding payment to vendors by streamlining the invoice flow.

As head of operations of Seatec Repair Services (SRS) helped in turn around of business of repairs with a turn over of 1.5 Million in a period of 12 months. The repair services gave an insight to the repair cost structure model being used. Key repairs carried out at this period were; - Renewal of crankshaft on main engine - Repairs of grabs - Renewal of steam heating coils on an Suez Max size tanker- See through planning and fabrication of main engine auxiliary blower impeller and installation.Other responsibility to carry out integration of cross functional activities of Seatec UK ltd, such as Condition Based Monitoring System, Seatec Safety Inspection. Was awarded the Bronze Medal for meeting the Financial KPI.
