I have been involved in research in the field of geotechnical and geoenvironmental engineering using soil improvement techniques specially surcharge load and electrokinetics. I am always enthusiastic in collaborative research within and out of my domain to broaden and apply my skills in cross-boundary research. Currently, I am an Assistant Professor at Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST) and Geotechnical Consultant at Centre for Testing Research and Consultancy, SUST. In addition to academic and research activities, I have contributed to more than 10 geotechnical projects in Bangladesh and Australia with the responsibility of design, supervision and experimentation. My research interests are (but not limited to) Geotechnics, Soil improvement, Soil stabilization, Soft soil - Mine tailings - Dredge mud, Electrokinetics, Waste utilization and minimization, MPM and FEM, etc.
