Responsible for developing the team, who is able to design, Develop and Evaluate HVAC system and Cabin comfort, which includes the Cabin Air quality monitoring and control system strategies. -Developing simulation capability for Air handling & directivity control, Refrigeration cycle and Cabin air flow & thermal management - Working on development of technologies related to performance, Fuel Efficiency improvements & Automatic Cabin comfort strategies.-Advance testing Facility upgradation-Responsible for drafting the first ever IS std on HVAC system performance and Durability

Responsible to Design , develop & evaluate the HVAC system for MSIL models, keeping the performance, Efficiency and cost top most priority.Also Established design methodology for HVAC system components including HVAC unit etcDesign and evaluation of Battery thermal management system & HVAC system with e-Compressor (Spec design, part developments, sourcing, system evaluation and stds making etc).

Head of Engine Auxiliary Design, Development & Alternate fuel vehicle developmentHeaded many projects related to design, development & evaluation of Engine mounting, Engine cooling, Engine management, Engine Exhaust, Engine Fuel systems and Fuel tank system.Leadership role in developing the CNG system for commercial vehicle and designing of underbody CNG storage system.

At leadership doing various project management:Working on the first ever OE LPG/CNG system design, Development, evaluation of MSIL models.Leadership role in simultaneous development of 5 models and have timely introduction in market.Developed various various sub systems reqd for productionization of the Online alternate fuel vehicles.This also involved the market study, benchmarking and deciding the specifications from the Indian market perspective
