With over 10 years of industry-wide experience in the AV & EV space, I am a versatile and visionary leader who delivers innovative technological solutions to drive scalability and cost-efficiency for Cruise's fully autonomous vehicle fleet. I have a strong background in Product Management, Product Marketing, and Battery Engineering, with an educational background in Business & Engineering and certifications in agile and AI.In my current role as a Staff member of the Fleet Strategy & Scaling team, I collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to identify and prioritize the most impactful opportunities for improving the performance, reliability, and utilization of Cruise's AV fleet. Prior to this role, I deployed go-to-market strategies for GM's automated driving platforms, SuperCruise and UltraCruise, to increase adoption rates and revenue. Before that, I spearheaded several complex battery programs for vehicles such as the Chevy Bolt and Cadillac CT6 - where I developed expertise in Battery Pack Engineering & the OEM Vehicle Development process.
