▪ Analysis of the data captured after selling of the product to the customer, implementing CAPA for customer complaints.▪ Vendor management and research for quality products and services, developing local suppliers to reduce cost of procurement of materials from international market.

▪ Implementation of ISO standards, QMS and preparation of CE technical files as required by Anaesthesia Workstation manufacturers.▪ Involve in QA process to ensure product safety and quality for customers in order to avoid negative feedback also monitor quality checks on product prior to their release for sales.

▪ Responsible for maintaining heavy equipment required in day-to-day life.▪ Analysis of machine failures.▪ Supervise contractors used during special circumstances such as shutdowns.

▪ Planning and production of components as per the system followed by the division.▪ Prepare and submit status and performance reports.▪ Time and motion studies to improve production line and analysis of delay (4M analysis).
