Shrikesh is the CEO of DrSnip®, a niche outpatient medical clinic whose mission is to make vasectomy simple, comfortable, and accessible to all. He oversees all non-medical operations, including clinic operations, HR, IT, marketing, and expansion plans. Shrikesh is also the Founder of Dhandho Partners, a private investment firm specializing in succession planning for small and medium-sized businesses. Throughout his career Shrikesh consciously developed his skills across several functional areas. As a Consultant with a Big 4 accounting firm, he sharpened his due diligence and risk assessment skills; as an Associate at a leading Canadian private equity firm, he learned to source and structure acquisitions and negotiate deal and employment agreements; and, as a CFO, Board Member, Audit Committee Chair, CEO, he has gained practicable experience in finance, operations, corporate governance, and strategic planning and execution.Shrikesh trained as a Canadian CPA and holds an MBA from the Ivey Business School, where he graduated magna cum laude and was awarded the Stacey Muirhead Value Investing prize. Post-MBA, Shrikesh was a Ph.D. Candidate at London Business School. He returned his full scholarship to LBS after two years to launch Dhandho Partners.Attributing innate curiosity and knowledge accumulation to the mark of great leaders, Shrikesh is a habitual reader of Fortune, daily news outlets, and a variety of authors. An avid sports fan, Shrikesh also idolizes John Wooden, Gregg Popovich, Bill Belichick, and Jerry Sloan - strategists who built dynamic-yet-simple systems using quality personnel, attention to detail, and a marked focus on execution. It is these tenets that Shrikesh brings to the table when working closely with companies and management teams. In his spare time, Shrikesh can be found cooking, exploring creative design concepts, practicing yoga, and watching bad action movies.
