Playing an active role in policy analysis and related suggestions, developing implementation framework of the activities from state to panchayat level, develop innovations, coordinate with development partner for needful assignments, strengthen convergence with departments, handle media and strategize for community engagement.Worked in Rajasthan as Regional Advocacy Officer, where advocated for CMAM phase II to become a regular programme. Advocated for NRC referrals, gender issues and community associated myths.. Work on analysis of policy, budget and report generation. Organize exposures & workshops for the media. Develop IEC material for the policy makers, design agendas for important days, advocacy strategic plan, reports, policy briefs, position paper, terms of reference.

Rapid Action Learning Unit is clause no.4.10, was established in Chhattisgarh, with the support of Water AID and by Swachh Bharat Mission, to study deep into the process of Swachh Bharat Mission, thus bringing light to the facts, that may help in better implementation, sustainability of the programme and also the replication of examples for overall achievement of the mission. The project included the involvement of the Academic Institutions, SBM stakeholders, Media, State Planning Commission thus organizing workshops and consultations, on processes of ODF along with addressing issues related to gender and children.
