CurrentAs a Senior Director, the following are some of result driven achievements:1) Successfully established global Dolby Audio & Dolby Vision professional services and Tier-2 Dolby Vision Product Support & Testing teams, which have enabled us to deliver high-quality services to our customers across the globe.2) Introduced a culture of Scaling and Customer Experience Planning in the support organization which has allowed us to design and implement support operations that efficiently take new products from START to SCALE stages. This has resulted in significant cost savings for the organization, amounting to hundreds of thousands of dollars.3) Formed and led Cloud support teams which have played a crucial role in providing top-notch support to our cloud customers.4) Devised effective support operations strategies through strategic alliances with vendors, which have helped us improve our support services and deliver better value to our customers.5) Launched OneX (One Screen Experience) to provide an unparalleled customer experience for licensing kits, and to reduce support expenses by offering product & testing information "Where and When You Need It".6) Built Dolby's 1st Product Data Analytics System (DPAS) with run-time Power BI integration.
