Collecting market segment data in support of the business case, piloting solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive change both internally and externally. Position such innovations as new offerings that maximize the impact of a new technology on a particular market segment. Responsible for attaining strategic internal / external business-level outcomes for identifying and defining long-term strategic sales opportunities for the cloud end to end data journey segment through thought leadership. Through strategic customer engagements, identify the recurring patterns across customers and develop new offerings that are exceptional in terms of security, robustness, maintainability, stability, scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency. Incubate novel capabilities to accelerate service team roadmaps and influence the business outcomes of customers.
