DISD Pinkston High School ($76 M) - Completed a ground up 3 story school building 35 days ahead of schedule during peak of COVID-19 pandemic coping against all difficulties of manpower, material delays, & work practice changes. Assembled a team where each individual was given clear directions of realistic expectations. Through a coordinated efforts of highly driven & supportive team improvising, dealing with issues, & making good decisions made this project a success.TCCD Multiple Renovation/Ground-up Project ($50 M)- Completed multiple office renovations, ground up storage & green house building, & UG utility project.

Got hired as a PM on a $6.5M building construction project, where almost $700K of construction scope was missed by the estimator. Met with the client immediately and negotiated to postpone the project start date by 2 months, although the NTP was issued 30 days prior to my appointment. During these 2 months single-handedly rebid the whole project, negotiated with the subcontractors, & bought out the whole project for 8.25% of profit. Started the project on time. Impressed with all my hard work and efforts Alpha promoted me to the position of Sr. PM with 15% pay raise within first 6 months.

1. Renovation of Aircraft Maintenance Hangar at NAS-JRB, Fort Worth for U. S. Air Force (Current) - Playing a key management role in project management & execution as a quality control manager. 2. HVAC Modification of 3 buildings at NAS-JRB, Fort Worth for U. S. Navy - Took charge of this project when it was running behind schedule, sub-contractors were not co-operating, owner was disappointed, & current QC/Superintendent quit. After tireless hard work of 1 month this project was back on schedule, all submittals were approved ahead of time, minimized number of RFI, all sub-contractors are co-operating, & owner was happy with the progress. Worked with the Owner, Users, Sub-contractor, and colleague to establish safe, practical, reasonable, and targeted construction of this project, to develop solutions to a spectrum of real issues. Assembled the team and supervised it as a leader with decision making potential. Have expertise in comprehending project drawings, reviewing & approving submittals.3. Airfield Pavement Repair at NAS-JRB, Fort Worth for U. S. Air Force - Played a major role during the project estimating & award phase. Surveyed the whole air field again after contract award, re-estimated the project, made a 3 phase clear execution plan, arranged sub-contractors & material suppliers. During execution phase applied Toyota lean technique of material ordering which resulted in 0% material wastage, fired non performing subcontractor, hired new subcontractors, kept a balance between production and quality, & maintained a good relationship with the client. Hardwork and effective management resulted in finishing project on time and within ½ of the budgeted cost.
