• Sales & Marketing activity in Oil & Gas business for West India Region through regular visits & interactions with existing key clients.• Exploring opportunity with new customer by keeping project specific updates of PMC, EPC or LSTK contracts awarded in industry Sector.• Business Development in new industry sector by keeping track of upcoming Green Field or expansion project investment.• Looking for tenders/market opportunities & gathering market intelligence.• Promotion of products to potential new customers & visits for business development• Participation in Exhibitions/Events & preparation of brochure (Public Relation activities) • Vendor registrations and Approval activities at major prospective customers and Engineering consultants [EPC]. • Preparing Pre-Qualification documents related to tenders • Preparing quotation/proposal/bid for client as per client requirement & Submission of bid to client • Following up with client for the bid submitted• Vendor registration with different EPC’s/PSU’s/Foreign companies• Responsible for foreign quotation submission and business generation • Coordination with Factory for timely delivery to customers

Bagged orders from UOP Honeywell, BPCL, HMEL, IOCL etc. Was also responsible for online tendering for some of government PSUs such as BPCL/IOCL/HPCL/CPCL/MRPL/RCF etc

• Searching for the tenders from various clients and making feasibility report to present in front of higher ups of the company. (to decide whether we should go for the same)• Interacting with important clients, PMC’s and PSU’s on regular basis to identify and tap the new opportunities rising in the Indian and international markets in terms of EPC, LSTK and Manufacturing projects.• Reading the enquiry/tender documents and RFQ’s, preparing a technical summary and interacting with the design and estimation departments to highlight the special requirements of clients if any. Generating and Preparing the pre-qualification documents for tenders.• Searching partners for consortium and joint ventures for large scale project.• Attending pre-bid and other meetings related to the respective tender.• Arranging meetings with clients and other associated partners for tender/projects.• Coordinating with various departments internally and externally including client for generating Bill of material and releasing Price Request.• Preparing final bid/proposal documents.• Submission of bids to clients and follow up for progress of same. Proposal preparation, submission / uploading on the e tendering websites, checking the e tender websites to check on the new tenders.• Responding to various queries (Technical & Commercial both) with help of various department involved .• Generating Order Memorandum after award of contract. • Looking after Business Development activities.• Preparing price comparison and submitting the report to various concern department for future reference.• To follow up with various clients for upcoming projects and tenders floating for the same.• To register our companies with various government and private organizations.• Handled most of the Government PSU’s such as HPCL, IOCL, BPCL, RCF, IFFCO, CIDCO, NPCIL, BARC< GNFC, BORL etc..• Member of ISO Committee
