I worked in the Operations-Inflow department as part of the Project Remediation KYC/FATCA/CRS. - Our objective was to request, process, and analyze the data of 500+ active investors and 10.000+ depository receipts holders, scattered globally to comply with the international FATF standards. - Within a year of project initiation, we outperformed the set benchmarks by setting procedures and completing KYC, CDD, and AML assessments. Personally, I completed the assessment of over 100 million investments.My main responsibilities: - Conducted KYC (Know Your Customer), CDD (Customer Due Diligence), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), fraud, and risk assessment and analysis under the FATF standards. - Ensured close communication and information sharing with investors across various continents through (emails, calls, and video calls) to clarify information about the procedure- Brainstormed ideas on setting the procedures, creating better communication channels, and mechanisms to be able to coordinate well with the investors and well assess the documents, following the internal CDD policy.
