About Starlet Riviere

I work with individuals who want to lose weight and regain their health so that they can live a long, healthy, vibrant and active life. Our program is like no other. Our four component program was designed by a critical care physician to combat the many lifestyle diseases he kept seeing in the ICU. What are lifestyle diseases? They are diseases brought on my complications from obesity—like heart disease, type 2 diabetes, stroke, osteoarthritis, and certain cancers.I'm not just going to get you to your weight loss goal; I'm going to be with you as you transition into Optimal Health. How do we do that? We do that by providing you a personal coach, a vibrant private active community, client support Zoom meetings, the most critical portion of our program is the Habits of Transformation component, and finally the scientifically based nutrition. I will work closely with you as you gain energy and confidence in your ability to lose the weight that you've struggled with for months, years, perhaps even decades. I hold people accountable to their goals and awaken them to the possibilities to live their best life. I believe that anyone can be successful with this program.
