I undertook this internship as a part of the curriculum of B.com program at PES University.I am very grateful to Mr. Gnanashekar K and Mr. Kiran M S, for giving me an opportunity to pursue my internship at KEYLYNK BUSINESS CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED for a period of 12 weeks which helped me participate in the HR and Finance activities, learning about the HR process.I am thankful to all my co-interns and other workers at Keylynk for guiding and supporting me during the whole internship.I want to give special thanks to CS Ashik G Swamy for giving an opportunity to gain practical knowledge relating to few legal activities such as drafting agreements, GST registration, Company Incorporation and Shop and preparing Minutes of Meetings.
