Onshore Functional Lead - Payments Programme• Working as Onshore Test lead and Functional Product SME for transformation initiative to replace existing legacy system to GPP-Classic product for Multi-Office Rollout. • Work closely with Business and Product team in requirement gathering and analysis.• Supporting and coordinating Requirements, Design walk through sessions with application and Interface teams. • Coordinate with Functional, Interface, Vendor and and Project Teams for System Test , System Integration Test and End to End testing phases .• Participate in Reviews/Rework sessions with the offshore team for the Test Artifacts Delivered and ensure to bridge the gaps in the test team. • Ensure Defect Management process is efficiently followed by all participants and proactive follow ups are done to ensure swift resolution of Defects. • Ensure Risk, Issues are clearly documented, reviewed and tracked to closure periodically. Test Manager - Payments • Overall Responsibility to Manage, Coordinate and Deliver Application Test Delivery from offshore for payments project.• Coordinating and Managing End to End Delivery Simultaneously for Multiple Work Requests. • Coordinating , Creating and Delivering Estimates for ST and SIT with various Interface partners including Environments and Performance Engineering Teams for Functional and CR Requirements. • Creating Master Test Plans, Detailed Test Plans, and Test Summary Reports for System Testing and System Integration phases of testing.• Project and Business stakeholder Management. • Implemented various transformation initiatives and Service Virtualization to obtain significant cost benefits.

PROJECT RELATED TASKS.- Requirement Analysis from BRDs, FRDs, FDD, IRDs, and IDDs.- Functional walkthrough of Requirements to testers and review of their test cases - Test Execution Reviews and Defect TRIAGE with Bank.- Co-ordination of test case creation activities with different teams in the bank. - Preparation of functional, interface and end-to-end test cases for BRDs, FRDs, FDD, IRDs, and IDDs.- Test Execution (System Integration testing of GPP with different interfaces to landscape applications).2. PROJECT DELIVERABLES- Preparation of functional testing approach. - Preparation of test execution schedule, approach and plans. - Tracking, monitoring test execution and reporting. 3.
