● Implemented Clevertap and developed Communication Journeys from scratch to enhance conversion rates for the app and website.● Led multiple features by conducting data analysis using Clevertap, and created Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and wireframes using tools like Miro, Notion, and Figma.● Revamped the entire communication strategy and introduced data-driven features, resulting in a notable increase in conversion rates. Specifically, improved the website conversion rate from 1.32% to 1.96% and the app conversion rate from 4.58% to 5.61%.● Utilized Metabase and SQL to extract and analyze data, creating impactful visualizations to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
