- Core responsibility to Lead Syndication Projects and end to end execution of deals - Business Development and advisory services to clients - Placement and distribution of debts to Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions, Co-operatives.- Structuring of the term sheet and complex corporate/project finance transactions as per the requirement of all the stakeholders and conducive to target market.- Financial Modelling, Prepare defence to deal with potential objections & Resolution of queries from lenders- Review, assessment, negotiation and execution of transaction/financing/Security documents.- Interaction and Coordination with key stakeholders of a deal such as borrower, lenders, LLC, LIE, trustee RM, credit etc. involved, thus smooth closure of the deal within the targeted timelines.- Develop a deep understanding of the business of the clients and clients’ objectives for the transaction.

- Procurement of orders from Consumers/Traders - Placing orders with manufacturers - Delivering the products on time to Consumers/Traders - Collection of Payment from Consumers/Traders - Managing Banking Relations

Buying/Selling of debt in secondary market.Key Achievements- Successful closure of domestic debt in excess of INR 135Bn in aggregate spanning across 40 deals till April 07, 2019.- Generated a total aggregate fee of INR 1.82Bn till April 07, 2019.- Successful closure of mandates with nil devolvement till date for the syndication commitment given to Risk dept.- Consistently maintained the No.1 position for deal count and among the top 5 in deal volume for last 3 years on Bloomberg League tables. For CY 2017, the Market Share of the Bank increased by 3.05% to 6.82%.- Consistently overachieving the targets set by management both in terms of fee generation and number of deals syndicated. For FY 17, exceeded fee target achieved by 30%. - Recognition for consistency among the top 5 in deal volume for last 3 years on Bloomberg League tables by our Management.

- Involved in the feasibility study of various companies; looked after the preparation of fair valuation report and draft red herring prospectus.- Executed assignments of more than INR 2.03Bn since incorporation, which includes IPO, FPO, etc. in coordination with the team.- Effectively arranged funds through initial public offer for various clients across diverse industries including manufacturing of garments, retail.- Handled various activities viz. business feasibility analysis; coordination with company, stock exchanges, registrar and bankers.- Looked after the post IPO documentation; involved in understanding the business model.- Efficiently prepared Fair Valuation Report /Fairness Report for client in the field of Retailing & Software; vetting of projections for fair valuation.
