Hello, my name is Shrouk Mahmoud. I am 20 years old and I am a student at New Assiut University of Technology, Faculty of Industrial and Energy Technology, Department of Food Processing Technology, third year. My university is among the 7 new technological universities in Egypt for the year 2022 in the field of food manufacturing. It is an open field and does not have a specific specialization, so I will study for 4 years. In the field of food manufacturing, not two years as in the College of Agriculture I also studied food safety, food microbiology, engineering and composition of dairy, meat, grains, factory waste, food fortification and Food additives , oils, in addition to visits to factories and mills, as well as training.
