Yoga has been a life changing journey for me. I wasn’t born flexible or balanced & I’ve never been an athlete before. I started my yoga journey in 2017. Today, I am proud teaching everything that I’ve learned and still learning. I believe consistency is key and everything comes with practice. Yoga is not a competition. All you need is to breathe and to listen your body. I like to keep it simple, because life is too short!In 2019, I decided to go to India for a Yoga Teacher Training Course. The whole experience was life changing for me and gave me new perspectives! Practicing yoga in India was different. I learned alot of things from anatomy, yoga philosophies, and alignment. Studying yoga there made me understand people more, especially those with health problems or struggling in their life. I now have gained confidence in leading a yoga class, to have patience and guide others with care.
