I have been practicing Yoga since my childhood and I have a great passion for Yoga and Meditation. I have learned different styles of Yoga from the traditional Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and many more. I have been teaching Yoga on a therapeutic approach and on the basis of fundamentals of Tridosha. I also take classes on Prenatal Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yoga for kids. Also I teach Yoga for the Gifted children and for individuals with disabilities or chronic health conditions through both the physical postures and breath work. Yoga asana can be performed while seated in a chair or wheelchair. I focus on both physical and mental well-being of a person. I do take tailored sessions to meet students health requirements.
