## Human Drone InteractionWorking with micro UAVs in an indoor logistic set-up to automate tasks such as surveillance, data collection, transportation, and object detection. The goal is to create an environment where humans can work safely alongside UAVs.+ Deployed a swarm of micro UAVs alongside humans to automate the task of picking up multiple packages from various locations and delivering them to the specified destination. The task is performed in a warehouse-like environment using Crazyflie UAVs. Presented at MHCL 2022.+ Simulated the UAV swarm in Unity. + Achieved state-of-the-art accuracy in Human Activity Recognition when using video-based pose-estimation data as source for Transfer Learning. Deployed a Deep tCNN model on time series sensor data. Presented at ICPR 2022.+ Ensured safe flight by analyzing logs to detect & forecast anomalies.+ Implemented and deployed a real-time ML model for enabling UAVs to detect, classify and predict human actions.## High Speed PerceptionOne of the key challenges faced by high speed robots is the need for accurate and reliable perception system. Conventional frame-based cameras are unsuitable for such high-speed perception, as they are limited by their frame rate. On the other hand, event cameras are designed to detect changes in the local environment, even when objects are moving at speeds of 20 m/s or higher+ Event camera generates region proposals or bounding boxes around moving objects. This is similar to a regional proposal network in Mask-RCNN, but requires fewer bounding boxes and is faster.+ Calibrated cameras and developed drivers.+ Performed data extraction, noise filtering, data visualization and clustering, to generate bounding boxes around objects using Event camera and RGB camera in a stereo setup+ Regularly handling large disparate datasets exceeding 10GB in size.+ Experience in solving classification, regression, and optimization problems on big datasets.
