The podcast dives into themes like platform ecosystems, decentralization, and the future of collaboration. Through conversations with entrepreneurs, academics, and change-makers, the podcast sheds light on real-life stories that challenge traditional structures and encourage more adaptive, boundaryless ways of thinking about organizations and society.

In my role, I served as a sole strategic program manager for the organization's X-Matrix (140+ core projects managed by the CEOs). In this, I directly work with CXOs and Business Heads in managing and strategically improving their business goals in alignment with the organizations vision and objectives. Further, I helped with planning and management of P&Ls for multiple BUs - F&V, FMCG (dry distribution), dairy, agri-trading, and digital lending marketplaces, among others, accounting for the primary revenue streams of the organization. I also lead the "Strategic KPIs and OKRs dashboarding and tracking" project for the organization. As a project manager, I looked at the business planning operations for the organization, working with different business units in order to streamline it and help increase organizational efficiency and productivity.

~ New Business Models ~ 1) Bosch expanded from a unidirectional business model of product and service selling to a platform business model, and I front head this strategic development for the electric vehicle department. 2) As a lead strategic consultant and researcher, I assisted Bosch for it's M&A's during their due-diligence phase. In this, I overlooked measuring platform KPIs like - target vs. actuals, value demonstrations, stable economics (cost point stability), risk of commoditization, scale-up and risk mitigation strategies etc.3) Designed and developed business modelling methodologies and gamification toolkits for internal trainings. 4) Costing and revenue potential calculations - CAC, LTV, Switching cost, TCO, ecosystem partner margins, etc. for Electric Mobility Ecosystem 5) Mentored and managed interns during this period ~ Design Thinking ~1) Only Asian and youngest member to be selected, among ~15 others, across Bosch worldwide for "Discovery 2021" - a 3 month long accelerator program, where I explored the topic of "Sustainability as an intersection between Mobility and Residential Areas", on the backbone of Design Thinking and User Experience. ~ Market Research ~ Led several market research initiatives for topics like - digital ecosystems, sub 2 ton commercial vehicles, last mile mobility, engaging with internal and external stakeholders. Here, I worked on understanding user problems through a design thinking mindset, projecting market volumes and revenue potentials, understanding competitive landscapes etc.

Worked for the corporate communications role looking into – internal and external communication strategies in conjunction with organizational goals. Led the CSR team's communications and marketing during this period.

Interned as a freelance scriptwriter producing over 15 video scripts on topics such as - BREXIT, Capital Market, GST, Gold and Petrol prices, Free Market Economy and Protectionism, Make in India, NITI Aayog, Isolation of Qatar, International Monetary System etc.

Assisted with market research projects for brands such as - AO Smith, Moto 360, Savlon (ITC), Titan Watches. Supported brand development through conducting ground research and analyzing the results to identify the best suited strategies.

Worked primarily in the programming Department for the Breakfast Show with RJ Munna. Lent my voice to several commercials and promotional music on air. Learnt to operate the Radio Computing Software, and organised several Outdoor Broadcasts. Also contributed to the sales team through pitching to clients, for advertisement slots.

Helped in organising "Super Singer, Season 5" the most watched entertainment program on the channel. Traveled to two cities during this time, to help conduct the auditions.
