*Provide Engineering support to Video conferencing equipment’s performing Daily checks (VC Rooms, Training Rooms), Upgrading as planned and Provide Support for Large/Small Meetings & Events.* Maintaining & Operating AV equipment’s (Projectors, VC Displays, Microphones, Amplifiers, and VC Cameras, so on.)Performs Setups, Tests, Operations and Shutdown of Equipment in Support of AV/VC Sessions. *Perform Analysis, Diagnosis & resolution of End user’s issues & problems, Escalating Issues Internally or with support vendors when it is necessary. *Communicate & Document accurate status of work in progress or complete with Manager, Team members and Customers.*Uploading files to Video player or Commercials Display/Business Monitors as per the guidelines.*Working Knowledge on: Bluejeans Communication, Crestron, Atlona & Beyer dynamic Products.
