• Management analysis and control over costs associated with Projects and core businesses of AXA Group Operations USA like IT projects and BAU services to internal AXA Entities. • Responsible for an overall revenue and expense management for AXA Group Operations USA which majorly includes (Budgeting and Forecasting, Reporting, Reconciliations, Month end closing activities etc..) • Prepare various analytics and present results to our Management and in addition to this I also support to AP/AR/Accounting team in terms of input information and review of their work.• Liaise with global counterparts to reconcile intercompany activities. • Revenue Control and analysis • Preparation and review of billing instructions for AR Team.• Support closing activities for the defined scope (US legal entities only): Management of accruals, clearing of financial contracts base, analytical entries accuracy (cost nature, activity type)• Manage activity / Cost Center validation in ANAPLAN as per Division’ architecture and costing rules• Mange the Purchase Orders and Voucher Validation according to the budget and approval matrix • Managing various GL analytical reports (POGR/Voucher build/Billing/AR Reconciliation)

• Accounting & Monthly reconciliation of Accounts Payables & Receivables• Transaction Accounting, General Ledger Reconciliation, Estimation of Provisions, Bank Reconciliation, etc., to ensure timely books closure.• Reconciliation of old outstanding liabilities and reconciliation of Part wise sales & Purchase• Liaison with vendor for accounts payable statements & reconciliation.• Management of end to end Accounts Receivables accounting in ERP.• Sales Accounting & recording in the books of accounts ensure payment receipt from customer and GL reconciliation for timely books closure.
