Interacting with the internal bench employees for the requirement . Shortlisting the relevant Profile for the requirement and sharing with the delivery team for evaluation.  Post evaluation ,fulfilling the demand for the given indent. Preforming skill based search in internal application called skill match workbench. Sharing the employee data with the team and discussing for the next set of actions. Marking the indent to external ,if internally skilled employee not available. Creation the Job code and flashing it the external,and getting JC approved by the WMG head. Daily based follow up with the talent acquisition team and vendors for the external Profiles. Scheduling the interview with the Panel and the candidate. Following up with the TA until the closer of candidate on-boarding into the organization. Involved in daily stand up and review and daily update meetings.

Roles and Responsibility: Understanding the business requirements and the technical specifications of the application. Testing new applications, components & functionality to existing systems. Authoring the test cases for the given requirement and preparing the release notes. Identified and Reported Defects and retested the defects, tracking the logging defects  Involved in integration testing, compatibility testing and regression testing of the overall application. Involved in customer communication through email and Scrum Calls. Publishing the Aligned Energy newsletter on weekly basis using SharePoint.
