Boingo, Wireless Communication and Dark Fiber Project in Long Island Rail Road TunnelsBOINGO was awarded the contract to design, build, operate and maintain wireless services for the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) Atlantic Branch and Grand Central Terminal East Side Access facility by the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) of New York.I'm working with the lead scheduler, providing monthly schedule updates and narratives to the project team during their effort to provide and maintain cellular and Wi-Fi service along the Long Island Rail Road’s (LIRR) Atlantic Branch and within the new East Side Access terminal facility in Manhattan.

Sandy - Build It Back ProgramWorking as a Project Scheduler for AECOM Tishman, for the BIB program run by New York City Department of Design and Construction (NYC DDC), which mainly aims at helping New Yorkers living in communities affected by Hurricane Sandy rebuild their homes and improve the resiliency of homes and communities.Current Responsibilities include,• Develop, monitor and update the project schedule using Primavera P6 software to ensure the project is optimally executed. • Perform Delay Analysis for the constructed houses to determine the liquidated damages and facilitate the negotiation & agreements on delay claims. • Work with Project Managers and Engineers to control each project, develop look-ahead schedules, investigate & analyze schedule impacts and recommend corrective actions to be taken in order to mitigate/avoid schedule slippage. • Present weekly and monthly schedule analysis to the Executive Management.
