There's a way to do it better- Find it!Believing so, I have always been intrigued by newer technologies, products and innovations that make life easier and smarter and being able to pave the way for it to become a reality is what drives me. Currently employed with Citibank I have been working on Digital account opening through Video KYC and the RM-Client Engagement App as an associate product manager. The position has taught me accountability and ownership, streamlining & communicating with multiple teams and the importance of adapting to difficult situations in order to keep delivering.Prior to joining CITI, I graduated from XLRI, Jamshedpur majoring in Marketing, during the course of which I interned with Airtel in Brand Management. Exposing me to client interactions, PR activities and communications. I also hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from SGSITS, Indore. Additionally, been involved in Client Experience, Banking Operations, Consumer Behaviour and Digital Marketing projects over the course of my academic and professional life, adding a myriad of skills to my kitty.An appreciator of art, I fancy all forms of it. Occasionally, drawing and painting myself but dance is my ultimate therapy.
