Joined Wipro as part of MBA campus hire, program known as iRISE 200. I started my journey in Wipro as a Functional Consultant in the Quality Department. My primary responsibility was to bring about process improvement through the implementation of cutting-edge technology in internal functions of Wipro such as finance shared services, HRSS, and Chief procurement office etc. During this time, I was introduced to the world of RPA and ChatBOTs

• Project was to Evaluate Productivity Measure of DSR & Recommend Programme to bring up the Performance of DSR • I Studied the model of DSR working & improved DSR coverage, productivity and LPD through PDA usage• Performed Time and Motion study to understand DSR activities on beat and time taken for each• Understood and improved sales, beat sequencing and merchandising opportunities to maximize sales• Developed impactful PDA features by benchmarking with best in class FMCG practices
