• Global Engine Tech Lead for the CIR/CMM manuals of Trent 1000 and Trent 7000 engines • Load capacity planning for Trent 1000 & 7000 team • Review and approve Technical Closure forms from Managed Services that include SBs, NMSBs, RMRs, RPRs, DARs and RQSCs. • Interaction with the service shops directly to resolve their queries related to manuals and support them in InService investigation • Creation of technical dataset (RMRs/TVs) to support urgent shop request for engine build • Plan the incorporation of RMRs/RPRs into the manuals in accordance with the transmittal date for publication • Calculate the minimum and maximum allowable/repairable limits for the particular feature by understanding DAR and RQSC documents and change the manual accordingly • Interact with the cross-functional teams (design, stress etc.) to understand/review the limits that is proposed in the manuals • Liaising with the production team to get the technical content in the manual published as per EASA Part 21 Overhaul dataset • Document lesson learned/best practices on projects for future simplification and cost benefits • Develop the skills and competencies of new team members

• Worked on development of Rear Cast Axle Housing Design that has been prototyped and also been released for production.• Worked on the development of new lighter Wheel end Assembly (Hub reduction) and its components for faster ratios and released for prototype• Optimization of existing Carrier and its components for cost reduction.• Performed Lube volume study to determine the oil quantity without affecting efficiency for new axle housing.• Worked on development of new drawings and other customer support jobs.• Handled projects related to stack up and GD&T

• Worked as a Windchill tester to testify the UG of Windchill server for the customer that helps in managing a large amount of data & manages the life cycle of the product.
