As the Technical Lead for our web development team of four, I had the exciting opportunity to lead the creation of AggieLease, a website designed to make lease swapping easier for college students at UC Davis. Leading this project was a fantastic experience where I learned how to manage a group of peers, assign roles, and set deadlines to keep us on track.Throughout the project, I aimed to foster a collaborative environment where everyone felt empowered to share their ideas and contribute their skills. We utilized a range of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with frameworks like React, to build a site that was both functional and user-friendly.At the end of the year, my team presented our work to this year’s cohort, sharing the insights we gained and the challenges we overcame.
