I am currently working for Bosch under Accounts payable, finance. I basically find the root causes of the errors that are occured during the validation process of invoices. The purpose of performing this task is to reduce or minimize the errors that are being occurred. The name of the process is IDOV- Invoice receipt digitalization optimization validation. I also do check if the Vendor master data is updated with the new changes or not , check if there is any mismatch in the vendor master data… Show more I am currently working for Bosch under Accounts payable, finance. The purpose of performing this task is to reduce or minimize the errors that are being occurred. The name of the process is IDOV- Invoice receipt digitalization optimization validation. I also do check if the Vendor master data is updated with the new changes or not , check if there is any mismatch in the vendor master data & Invoice and if any also communicate the same to the concerned team. I am also handling another process called MRBR checks wherein I find out the reasons on why the invoices are blocked and update the reasons to the concerned team so that they could make the required corrections and process them further. By performing this task , we basically guide the correction team on where the correction is required and make sure that the required corrections are done. As a result, the quality and efficiency of the work is kept alligned. Show less
