Accountable for administering all aspects of the claims process; including replacements, returns, shortages, overages, shipment tracking, duplication, credits, as well as expediting resolution of debits/credits. Essential Function:• Served as a liaison between the multiple warehouses, freight companies, field offices and the customers.• Performing all the requested functions once the sale has been made. This includes replacements, returns, shortages, overages, shipment tracking, duplication, credits etc.• Addressing a complex variety of claims inquiries with regards to credits, debits, orders, delivery schedules, pricing, shipments, etc.• Interfacing with internal and external customers supporting the NAM region.• Understanding what is required and suggesting the best course of action, or in extreme cases, alternative course of action.• Communicating the process and procedures and thereby bridging the gap between the customers and services provided.• Transitioning the customers towards digitization and thereby reducing dependency.• Utilizing information systems like Q2C, BFO and other Databases like MySE etc. for execution of work.• Transitioning the customers towards digitization and thereby reducing dependency.
