An experienced coach, facilitator and educator creating spaces for learning, connection and transformation. Committed to systems change, I support leaders and teams to work in a nature centric way in executing bold innovative solutions to transform our economy from being extractive to regenerative. I coach a select number of clients 1:1, design and facilitate group workshops, leadership and innovation programmes, team retreats and larger conferences and gatherings. Am passionate about elevating diverse worldviews (and believe so many of the answers we seek are in our ancient traditions). Host regular Fire Circles supporting wisdom exchange and learning with Elders from Indigenous, Eastern and Western backgrounds. Currently on the Sustainability Advisory Panel of Westpac Bank. Have a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Oxford specialising in sustainability and social entrepreneurship and am a Certified Leadership Coach. Over the last 10 years have enjoyed working with changemakers and leaders in a number of different countries from India to US to South Africa to UK, in cross cultural contexts and sharing my work on various international platforms such as the World Economic Forum in Davos. It is a network of Hubs developed and led by young people who are exceptional in their potential, their achievement and their drive to make a contribution to their communities. Selected as 1 of 50 Shapers to represented the community at the WEF Annual Meeting in Davos where I had the opportunity to lead a workshop on systems thinking & culture change and sit on a leadership panel. Also represented the community at the WEF 'Summer Davos' meeting in Tianjin, China and the WEF ASEAN Meeting in Cambodia. Was a finalist in a global climate change challenge and awarded a grant to launch a project to reduce food waste in Melbourne. -
