Employee Engagement: Joining formalities, conducting induction. Preparation of Appointment Letters and issuing the ID Card. Handling BGC process, Bank Account Formalities of All of new joinees. Creating employee personnel file. Verify & Timely submission of employee attendance.  Attendance & Leave Management and Pay-roll processing  Preparing monthly and quarterly reports of all employees. Maintain And Updating Salary Details of all employees time to time. Responsible for coordination of all Consultants termination, including Notifications, Asset Return  Preparing full and final settlement, issuing resignation letter, acceptance letter with service certificate. Be the Primary contact between the management and Onshore /Offshore employees,  Be proactive in suggesting initiatives to increase the service offered to the employees, client and management including understanding how existing processes can be changed or improved to aid India and South Africa business Be responsible for the management of escalations, complaints. Determines IT operations service requirements by analyzing needs of users/departments; prioritizing modifications to core system applications; resolves organizational conflict; developing and implementing documentation requirements for problem resolution.. Lead Process Review Meetings Conduct Internal Service Review Meeting and take actions for improvement Responsible for counselling of employees /Consultants in case of escalations and issues.. Visa handling  Have a complete understanding of vendor capabilities, agreements and make them maintain SLAs. Clients Handling: Clear understanding of the Contractual Service Agreements, Master Service agreement and its associated services and impacts. Renewals and Addendum too Be accountable for the day to day activities related to Invoices, Ledgers and Payments.
