Recruiting people at all levels i.e. form experience range of 2-15 years for all verticals like SAP,Cloud,ERP.• Planning and structuring of job advertisements on job portals & Social networking site.• Well aware of Outsourcing process for software industries.• End to end co-ordination with the technical - panels as well as with the candidate till the candidate joins.• Involved in scheduling telephonic and personal interviews for the candidates and coordinating on the same.• Maintain a good pipeline of profiles to maintain a healthy recruitment turnaround time.• Involved in Strategic Planning of the Recruitment Process and Planning Recruitment” in a Cost Effective Way.• Updating & maintaining the candidate database across all the skill sets for future requirements.• Doing the initial HR telephonic screen to check the candidate’s fitment (culture, relevant work experience, reasons for change) and interest levels

• QC for the Data Remediation team, help the individuals to analyze/resolve the data issues to meet business requirement• Responsible for business process understanding of data consumption. • Support Data Lifecycle management processes and procedures• Work with data quality toolsets to identify improvements and execute the remediation program• Work with customer counterparts to prioritize & execute data remediation• Drive streamlining of Entitlement data end to end process flow for the accurate resolution of data.

• Maintain the integrity of customer account and contact data through documented data maintenance processes.• Perform the Data Analysis activity to support Data Conversion, Data Cleansing and Data Migration across all the departments• Provide comprehensive data management expertise (including all operations tasks)• Independently bring project solutions to the Data Quality Review Board• Work cross-functionally with other teams for resolving issues• Coordinate the review, presentation and release of templates, flow-charts, analysis and other documentation• Review and update records to assure high confidence linkage to reference data sources and hierarchies for territory assignment, lead routing and business intelligence applications.
