Hi, I’m Shruti Dudeja, a Civil Engineer turned Software Professional turned Educationist.My diverse journey began in childhood, attending more than six schools both in India and abroad, where I discovered that the approach to education significantly impacts learning. While structured learning has its merits, creatively exploring foundational concepts opens new horizons, fostering audacity, confidence, and diligence.After earning my Civil Engineering degree, I realized it wasn't my true calling. The industry trend at the time directed many engineers, including myself, into IT and software sectors. I spent over four years working for a global MNC, but soon recognized that technology wasn't my strength or passion.I found my true passion, strength and outlook in education and empowering young minds. I found immense joy in helping children discover their talents and strengths, unlocking their potential to unleash their true potential.This passion led me to establish Caterpillar Creative Learning. Our team of experienced educators and mentors engage with students, offering both academic and creative tutoring. We are dedicated to inspiring and nurturing the next generation of thinkers and innovators.
